1. Introduction
1.1 Platform Operator: REWIND FZ LLC (« REWIND ») operates a digital platform for professional buyers and sellers of luxury watches. The platform facilitates connections exclusively between professional users and does not engage in the sale or purchase of goods itself.

2. Platform Use and Services
2.1 Nature of the Platform: REWIND operates as a marketplace platform where registered professional users can list, search, and facilitate the sale of luxury watches. REWIND does not act as an agent, broker, or intermediary between buyers and sellers and is not a party to any sales contracts.
2.2 Non-Transactional Platform: REWIND provides technical tools for professional buyers and sellers to connect and communicate directly. All transactions, including negotiations, payments, shipping, and the verification of item authenticity, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.
2.3 Subscription-Based Model: REWIND’s business model is based solely on monthly or annual subscription fees for platform access and enhanced features. REWIND does not charge any fees related to the transaction of watches, such as commissions or transactional fees.
2.4 Dispute Handling: In the event of a dispute between users, REWIND must be informed via the platform’s dispute form. REWIND will attempt to mediate and find a solution to prevent disruption of the users’ activities. If mediation is not possible, the buyer and seller must resolve the dispute independently, without any further involvement from REWIND, which only acts as a facilitator.
3. User Registration and Account
3.1 Eligibility: Only professional users and businesses with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts may use the platform. Users must comply with local laws and regulations regarding online trading and business conduct.
3.2 Account Creation: Users are required to register an account with accurate and up-to-date information. REWIND reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of users.

4. Professional Sellers and Buyers
4.1 Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must provide accurate and complete information when listing items for sale, including detailed descriptions and images. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all legal requirements are met when listing and selling watches.

5. Platform Features and Restrictions
5.1 Communication Tools: The platform provides messaging features to allow professional buyers and sellers to interact. All communications must be legal, professional, and in compliance with REWIND’s content policies.
5.2 Content Restrictions: Users are prohibited from posting unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content. REWIND reserves the right to remove any content that violates its policies and may take additional measures, such as suspending user accounts.
5.3 Technical Limitations: While REWIND strives to ensure the platform is continuously available, there may be downtime for maintenance or technical issues. REWIND does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6.Fees and Payments
6.1 Subscription Fees: REWIND offers tiered access plans that are billed on a monthly or annual basis, based on the features available to the user. Subscription fees are listed on the platform and may be updated periodically.
6.2 No Transaction Fees: REWIND does not charge any transaction-based fees. All financial arrangements, including payments and shipping, are directly managed between the buyer and seller without REWIND’s involvement.
6.3 Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, users must submit their cancellation request prior to the automatic renewal date. If a cancellation request is made after the renewal, the user will be charged for the upcoming subscription period, and the cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
6.4 Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where REWIND fails to provide access to the platform due to technical faults directly caused by REWIND.
7. Liability and Warranty
7.1 Platform Performance: The REWIND platform is designed for a seamless and reliable experience, though occasional interruptions or technical issues may occur. We are committed to continuously enhancing its security and performance.

7.3 Limitation of Liability: REWIND’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence. Under no circumstances will REWIND be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
8.Dispute Resolution
