Buyer Protection Policy
1. INTRODUCTION
At REWIND (« Company, » « we, » « our, » or « us »), we are committed to providing a trusted and secure platform for professional dealers in the luxury watch industry. As a SaaS-based platform, REWIND facilitates connections between professional buyers and sellers but does not sell, hold, or certify any products. This Buyer Protection Policy outlines the measures in place to support and assist buyers in case of disputes while clarifying our limited liability as a service provider.
2. SCOPE OF PROTECTION
This policy applies exclusively to registered users of the REWIND platform who engage in transactions with other professional dealers. As a technology provider, REWIND does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or delivery of any product listed on our platform. However, we are committed to helping buyers and sellers resolve disputes in good faith.
3. RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYERS AND SELLERS
- Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the terms of their transactions, including product descriptions, pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements.
- Buyers are expected to conduct due diligence before making a purchase, including verifying the seller’s credentials and requesting additional details if necessary.
- Sellers must ensure that all listed products are accurately described and comply with industry standards and applicable laws.
- REWIND does not provide guarantees, warranties, or authentication of any product listed on the platform.
4. REPORTING A DISPUTE
If a buyer encounters an issue with a transaction, they must report it to REWIND within 15 days of the transaction date. The report should include:
- Order details (including transaction reference and communication logs).
- A clear description of the issue (e.g., non-delivery, misrepresentation, or defect).
- Any supporting evidence such as photographs, invoices, or messages exchanged with the seller.
Disputes should be submitted via our official contact channel at [support@rewind.com].
5. REWIND’S ROLE IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION
While REWIND is not responsible for transaction fulfillment, we offer mediation services to assist buyers and sellers in reaching an amicable resolution.
Our mediation process includes:
- Initial Review: We assess the dispute based on provided evidence and may request further documentation.
- Facilitation of Communication: We encourage both parties to engage in direct resolution discussions within a structured timeline.
- Recommendation: Based on the facts presented, we may offer a non-binding recommendation to resolve the dispute.
REWIND reserves the right to limit or suspend access to the platform for users who engage in fraudulent activities or violate our terms and policies.
6.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
