In the event of a dispute between users, REWIND must be informed via the platform's dispute form. REWIND will attempt to mediate and find a solution to prevent disruption of the users' activities. If mediation is not possible, the buyer and seller must resolve the dispute independently, without any further involvement from REWIND, which only acts as a facilitator.
3. User Registration and Account

5. Platform Features and Restrictions

5.2 Content Restrictions

6. Fees and Payments

REWIND does not charge any transaction-based fees. All financial arrangements, including payments and shipping, are directly managed between the buyer and seller without REWIND’s involvement.
6.3 Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, users must submit their cancellation request prior to the automatic renewal date. If a cancellation request is made after the renewal, the user will be charged for the upcoming subscription period, and the cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
6.4 Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where REWIND fails to provide access to the platform due to technical faults directly caused by REWIND.
7. Liability and Warranty

If a buyer encounters an issue with a transaction, they must report it to REWIND within 15 days of the transaction date. The report should include:

· A clear description of the issue (e.g., non-delivery, misrepresentation, or defect).
· Any supporting evidence such as photographs, invoices, or messages exchanged with the seller.
